What happens
Under SI 2022/1393, products whose packaging shows only an EU Responsible Person (EU RP) address can no longer be placed on the Great Britain (GB) market, so packaging artwork will need to change.

What to do
Brands and packaging suppliers serving the UK should plan label changes in advance. Country of origin must be stated accurately; 'Made in EU' or similar wording must not be used where it does not reflect the actual origin.
